We deliver the JGW+ programme, this is a work based learning programme, that offers learners a paid training environment and support with any barriers that they may have preventing them from entering the work place, we set up work placements and support learners with apprenticeship opportunities wherever they want to go.

As well as work based employability we aim to offer something that is totally different to school and collage, we aim to offer support  for young people who would like to go into employment but have barriers, or are not really sure where they want to be as well as focused young people who just need an employment opportunity, our delivery programme is a mixture of wellbeing, employability and enrichment and we take on learners all through the year.
